We have vast experience of working with traditional restoration materials with projects including listed barns in the Midlands (e.g. Anne Hathaway's cottage in Stratford-upon-Avon).

Domestically, we specialise in extensions and offer good, impartial advice to assist right through from the planning stage to sign-off by Building Control at completion.

We work with top Architects and Engineers to produce award winning properties. We use our in-house experience to realise your dream home.
Construction
We have a team of highly skilled and qualified tradesmen who work under the watchful eye of Kevin and Sean Moane. Our latest 10 house development was a Regional Finalist in the LABC Building Excellence Awards
Refurbishment
We have undertaken many projects from garage and loft conversions in addition to larger refurbishments, both private and commercial.

We have over 50 years of construction experience, are a professional, polite and very reliable family construction company, providing services in the North Birmingham and Black Country area..
For larger projects, we extend out our services to the Greater West Midlands area and beyond if required.
We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive and excellent service from quotation to sign off.
Our client's requirements take priority as does our attention to detail in respect of operating to the highest, modern standards, including a quality workforce (we rarely sub contract, endeavouring to use our own team wherever possible) and have a thriving in-house apprentice-training scheme.
We are confident that we exceed our clients requirements in terms of quality and affordability and have a strong office-based team to deal with any post-completion queries.
