Constructing rear single storey extension and two storey extension to the side and rear. Complete re-wire, plumbing and re-plastered throughout.

 

Fitting of high quality bathrooms x 3 , and kitchen.

 

Underfloor zoned heating throughout, casement windows and character dormer windows.
